		abstract={Violence and abuse is a social and humanitarian problem that must be given more 
attention. Many assume that violence and sexual harassment are the same thing. But in form 
and action the two are different. The number of cases of violence and sexual harassment in 
Indonesia continues to increase every year, including in the world of Education. The college 
ranks first in terms of the highest incidence of sexual assault between 2015 and 2020. Institute 
of technology PLN is one of the universities in the world of education that can not be 
separated from the threat of violence and sexual harassment. With the high number of cases 
of sexual violence, the government is present in the provision of regulation and legal certainty 
through Permendikbudristek number 30 of 2021. The purpose of this study was to design an 
application to facilitate victims of violence and sexual harassment to report cases of violence 
and sexual harassment on the campus of Institute of Technology PLN in supporting the 
government in efforts to prevent violence and sexual harassment in college. This study 
discusses the design of android-based mobile applications as a means to report acts of 
violence and sexual harassment by attaching evidence of violence in the form of images 
atapun place. Where the method used to analyze and system development using a Prototyping 
method approach. Several stages will be carried out, namely needs analysis, design, 
application creation, and testing. The result of the development of this system is to produce a 
mobile-based applications and websites that are expected to facilitate the handling of reports 
of violence quickly and accurately.}
