		abstract={This study aims to cluster the electricity customers of PT PLN Tanjung Pinang
based on their electricity usage patterns using Fuzzy C-Means method, and combine 
the clustering results with spatial data to assist PT PLN Tanjung Pinang in monitoring 
and managing non-technical losses of AMR power more effectively and accurately. In 
this study, clustering was performed on 88 electricity customers based on their 
electricity usage patterns, and it was found that 62 customers belong to the reasonable 
usage group and 26 customers belong to the unreasonable usage group. Furthermore, 
the results of this clustering were combined with spatial data in the form of coordinate 
points on a map, so that PT PLN Tanjung Pinang can visually see the locations of 
customers in specific areas who belong to the reasonable and unreasonable usage 
groups. Thus, the results of this study can help PT PLN Tanjung Pinang to improve 
energy efficiency, reduce operational costs related to non-technical losses of AMR 
power, and reduce the risk of violations and misuse of electricity by customers.}
