The main obstacle that can reduce pepper crop production is disease. Jaundice, stem rot, and dwarfism are three diseases that often harm pepper plants. Researchers created a web-based system for diagnosing diseases in pepper plants using the dempster shafer method. The Dempster Shafer method is a reasoning method in which the addition of new facts to calculate inconsistencies caused by the addition or subtraction of new facts to the rules to be changed, so that by using the Dempster Shafer method one can also detect a percentage of possible existing diseases. In this study, the website was designed using PHP MySql. This study used data on 3 diseases and 19 symptoms. This research carried out two testing techniques, namely blacbox testing and accuracy testing. Blacbox testing has the appropriate functionality and on accuracy testing yields 89% on the system.} }
