		abstract={The Music Corps of the Institute of Technology PLN Jakarta is an organization for 
students to be able to express their musical soul, this organization can cooperate with 
other student organizations in terms of borrowing and borrowing musical instruments or 
equipment. In the borrowing process, you still use manual methods or use simple forms 
so that it is difficult to arrange a borrowing schedule, you have to open a borrowing log 
book to see the loan schedule that has been filled in on that date and time or not. In the 
Music Corps, the PLN Institute of Technology has several divisions, which are in charge 
of borrowing musical instruments and equipment, namely the secretarial division. In this 
study, researchers will create a system that makes it easier for officers and customers in 
the lending process by creating a web-based application. This application uses the UCD 
(User Centered Design) method, which is an abstraction that deals with how to organize 
and manipulate data relative to time and priority. Data was collected by means of 
interviews and literature studies to make it easier to complete the final project. The results 
of the study will create a web-based lending system to make it easier to set schedules, and 
provide security in loan documents that are accessed online.}
