		abstract={Energy financing is one of the high costs in a company's expenses. This is also 
experienced by PT Yongwang Electronic Indonesia, which is engaged in household 
electronic goods. The average payment of this company is Rp. 35,447,931 per month. 
This figure is quite large for the expenses of a company that just entered Indonesia in 
2015. We can trace expenses for these bills and see energy-saving opportunities with 
energy audit techniques in a building. The energy audit technique is an audit that is 
carried out by looking at the intensity of energy consumption so that we can see whether 
a building can be said to be efficient or not. The intensity of this energy consumption is 
also based on how much energy is used in a building with the total area of the building. 
If the intensity of the energy consumption of a building is not efficient, there is a great 
opportunity to save energy for a building. Saving a building can be done with an energy 
saving scenario carried out at a high cost by using components that come from the 
company. From the results of calculations and comparisons, a savings of 39.7498% is 
obtained.}
