Solar Power Plant is a generator that converts solar energy into electrical energy. In this case, research on the planning of off-grid-based solar power plants in residential areas is very suitable because it can reduce the cost of electricity bills from PLN. The load used in residential homes is 32,162 Wh after adding 30% of the total usage. This PLTS plan uses a monocrystalline panel type with a capacity of 370Wp using 24 panels, 40 batteries used with 12V 100 Ah specifications, 1 Solar Charge Controller, 1 Inverter and 1 Combiner Box. The energy produced by PLTS annually is 13,113.72 kWh/year. The Performance Ratio (PR) of this PLTS planning reaches 85% so it is feasible to implement. The initial investment for this PLTS plan is IDR 327,661,722. Then the maintenance and operational costs per year are 1% of the total initial investment, which is IDR 3,215,763 and the payback period with an interest rate of 9% will return on investment for 9 years 1 month.} }
