		abstract={Referring to the target of the National Electricity General Plan (RUKN) 2015-2034 
of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in 2024 the electrification ratio 
of all regions in Indonesia is 100%. Therefore, Togean as one of the mainstay 
tourist destinations in Central Sulawesi Province must be immediately provided 
with electricity facilities. However, with the constraints of Togean Island which is 
far from the PLN electricity grid, several innovations need to be made, one of which 
is the construction of a 70 kV SUTT Tower, and is expected to increase the 
electrification ratio of PLN Tojo Una-Una Regency to 99.24% from the previous 
96.83%. And the ratio of PLN-electrified villages increased to 83.56% from the 
original 77.4% in Tojo Una-Una Regency. In addition, although from a financial 
analysis it does not meet the standards, but with the importance of this development, 
it can be continued on the basis that PLN is operationally feasible in terms of 
distribution voltage on the SUTM and SUTR sides. Even though from a financial 
review nothing was feasible, because the investment value was smaller than the 
construction of PLTS and PLTD, the construction of SUTM with the SUTT tower 
was more considered to be carried out.}
