		abstract={Based on energy loss data at PT. PLN ULP Nabire per semester 1 of 2022, PLN 
experienced a loss of 9.70% of the total kWh net production of 59,467,940 kwh. 
If converted to financial losses, it is estimated that PLN will suffer a loss of ±86 
billions. Facing a loss of this magnitude, it is necessary to map and trace 
which/what aspects are the cause of the loss, so that it can be followed up 
immediately in order to prevent losses from getting bigger. One of the causes of 
energy losses is at the energy transaction point, which is the benchmark for 
customer payments with PLN, kWh meters. In some cases, the kWh meter 
installed at the PLN customer does not work properly. In this study the focus of 
the problem is on the case of the kWh meter jamming, the losses it causes, and 
the follow-up carried out by PLN to reduce energy losses. This research will use 
a quantitative methodology, which is a method that is carried out systematically 
and uses mathematical models by processing existing primary electricity data.}
