Of course, the performance of technical service officers to customers, work safety and comfort still has to be improved or must be in accordance with predetermined standards. Improved customer service depends on the good or bad performance of the officers. Based on observations in the field, recording work reports and performance appraisals of officers still uses manual assessments with indirect work report data, so that work data can still be manipulated. Therefore, technical service officers need a system that is able to record, monitor and assess the performance of officers directly, quickly and precisely. Fuzzy logic is a fuzzy set theory that calibrates the ambiguity of fuzzy logic based on the idea that everything has a degree value. Therefore, fuzzy logic is a branch of mathematics that has a function to provide problem solving modeling as done by humans with the help of computer technology. In knowing the performance of technical service officers, assessment criteria are needed which will be processed by the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision making (FMADM) algorithm, the criteria used include Work Duration, Work Rating, Response Speed.
