		abstract={Viruses are pathogenic microorganisms that can only replicate within the cells of 
living things because they do not have the cellular equipment to reproduce on their own. 
Viruses that attack cats at this time are still difficult to know for ordinary people who are 
new to raising cats. In certain areas this becomes a problem for people who keep cats, 
because veterinary clinics or veterinarians are mostly only found in urban areas. An 
expert system or commonly known as an expert system is a computer program or 
information system which contains various knowledge from one or more human experts 
related to a field and usually tends to be specific. The certainty factor was introduced by 
Shortliffe Buchanan in making MYCIN in 1975 to accommodate the uncertainty of 
thought (inexact reasoning) of an expert. the maximum is 100%. In building an Expert 
System for diseases caused by viruses, the author uses Flutter 3 as a framework for 
interface development, Laravel 9 as a framework for developing interfaces, servers and 
databases and Mariadb is used as a database. suffer from Rhinotracheitis, the error value 
based on the MAPE test results is 0.003% or it can be said that the 99.997% accuracy 
rate is correct or according to the system.}
