		abstract={The purpose of this research is to produce a visualization of the speed at which 
the Sertifikat Laik Operasi (SLO) at PT. Jasa Kelistrikan Indonesia based on power by 
using K-Means Clustering as the grouping method and using the Elbow method to 
determine the optimum number of clusters that can be generated from the data obtained, 
which totals 51535 data. The results of the application of the K-Means clustering method 
are formed three optimum clusters based on the elbow method used on data with 
iterations carried out two to three times which can represent each type of work, namely 
data with high power fast processing, data with low power fast processing and data with 
low power slow processing.}
