		abstract={A healthy soul, not only physically but also mentally. A student who participates in 
college activities, organizations, internships, or even works may appear physically 
healthy, but what about mental health, which cannot be seen directly? This mental 
disorder's symptoms begin with general things like difficulty sleeping, unstable 
emotional appetite, and hallucinations. Based on the information provided to IT PLN 
students, they believe that symptoms of mental health disorders can interfere with 
academic achievement. Furthermore, IT PLN students who have not had a mental 
health check believe they are afraid of being labeled as crazy and do not have additional 
funds for mental health checks. To support students' mental health for their activities, 
an expert system for early detection of mental health is required, so that these students 
can learn how their mental health is currently and how to follow up if their mental 
health requires it.In this study, an expert system was created in the form of a website 
using the Dempster Shafer method, after which students could open the website, fill in 
the symptoms they felt, submit, and the results of the diagnosis would be displayed to 
the student. Later, this system is expected to be used on the PLN Institute of 
Technology campus so that IT PLN students can learn about their mental health, which}
