		abstract={Generator Steam Power Implementation Unit Generation Ombilin have two generating units with total electricity capacity produced is 200 MW. One of them component supporters are at the Ombilin UPK PLTU this is Feedwater Heater . Feedwater heater function for heat the boiler fill water with use steam extraction from turbine . At the Ombilin UPK PLTU feedwater heater composed from 2 LP heater, 2 HP heater, and 1 deaerator . High pressure heater function for raise feed water temperature before enter boiler with make use of steam extraction from turbine . For knowing performance on High Pressure Heater need do calculation of data and analysis so that known component in circumstances nice or no. In this writing the authors calculate and analyze the effectiveness of High Pressure Heater 4 and 5 at a load of 75 MW under various conditions . From the results of calculations and analysis can be known that the performance of High Pressure H eater 4 experienced a decline in the current conditions of the last operation Month February 2019 due to undergo a leak in the tube feedwater so as to be in a bypass and not the process of heating the water feed . For the performance of High Pressure Heater 5 also experienced a decrease in the last operating conditions in February 2019 with an effectiveness value of 0.9 compared to commissioning data an effectiveness value of 0.96.}
