Infected fetuses and babies have lower cell counts than healthy babies. Rubella virus can also stimulate damage by apoptosis. The risk of damage if infection occurs in the first trimester of pregnancy reaches 80-90%. The risk of infection will decrease by 10-20% if the infection occurs in the second trimester of pregnancy. about 60 percent of women infected with Torch cause birth defects or death in 7-12 babies per 1,000 births per year. The large number of pregnant women infected with Torch disease and the lack of treatment for Torch disease, it is necessary to create alternative media, namely a system that can detect something that is happening which is usually solved by an expert, namely an expert system for diagnosing Torch disease. The method applied is Fuzzy Mamdani which is used as an inference engine to determine the diagnosis based on the belief value of a predetermined symptom. Based on the results of blackbox testing the system has been running according to its function needs. The use of the mamdani fuzzy method can be implemented in this expert system. Where this expert system helps users to find out the type of disease and also provides facilities for diagnosis based on symptoms that are in accordance with those experienced by the user as well as getting expert trust values and recommendations for handling Torch disease.} }
