		abstract={The procurement process in the facilities and infrastructure section has not been digitized so that in the process the goods will be recorded, then the officer will contact the vendor by making phone calls one by one to get the lowest price and the right specifications. The method used in this study is the TOPSIS method with the weight of each criterion that can be determined. Based on the results of the study, 7 new criteria were determined and their weights to determine the vendor, namely Price(20%), Product Quality(20%), Instructions for Use(5%), Delivery Time(10%), Payment Time(15%), Goods Durability( 15%), and Guarantee Time(15%) so that it can help the IT procurement department - PLN get more objective ranking recommendations.}
