The increasingly high demand for freshwater fish finally made Patin Emas Sumberharjo take the opportunity to start cultivating freshwater fish, especially catfish, catfish and carp. However, at present, the amount of production of the farmed products of these three fish is very erratic, this erratic amount of harvest is of course a serious problem, which concerns the price of the fish that will be sold later. Therefore, a prediction system was made to find out the amount of harvest in Patin Emas Sumberharjo. This system is built using a single exponential smoothing method which is used in short-term forecasting which assumes data with inconsistent growth patterns. From the calculation results using the single exponential smoothing method on catfish, catfish, and carp, the results were obtained, namely: catfish with the smallest MSE (Mean Square Error) was 91.8615, catfish with the smallest MSE (Mean Square Error) was 38,052.4694, and carp with the smallest MSE (Mean Square Error) was 12.5001.} }
