HRSG tubes at Gresik PLTGU are stated to often experience failures at several points. To minimize the occurrence of failures, Gresik PLTGU overhauled the HRSG component and retubed on the preheater side. This research was aimed to analyze the performance of HRSG before and after overhaul, which after an overhaul will increase the performance. Using performance test data before (August 20, 2018) and after (November 18, 2018) overhauling and commissioning condition data, calculations are used to obtain the efficiency values in each condition with three load variations and LMTD values and heat transfer coefficients of heat transfer before and after overhaul. There was an increase in efficiency at a 50 MW load of 1.9%, while the difference with commissioning was 5.2%. For 78 MW load, the efficiency increased 3%, 8.8% adrift with commissioning data. While the load of 100 MW increased 3.4% and the difference of commissioning data was 9.2%. Thus it can be concluded that after overhaul, the performance of HRSG was increased.} }
