PT. Indoensia Power UJP Banten 2 Labuan PLTU is a power plant that has a capacity of 2 x 300 MW. The main form of this type of power plant is a generator that is connected to the turbine where to turn the turbine kinetic energy from hot or dry steam. Turbines are the main component in a power plant to produce electricity. To find out the performance of the turbine works well it can be known using the turbine heat rate calculation. Turbine heat rate is the use of the amount of heat in the turbine compared to the amount of output produced. At the power plant measurement the magnitude of the turbine heat rate is calculated not from the output on the turbine shaft but calculated from the generator output. After the calculation, the commissioning heat rate value of the commissioning with 50% load value of the turbine heat rate is 2094.28 kcal / kWh, at 75% load the commissioning heat rate turbine value is 1983.67 kcal / kWh, and at 100% load the turbine heat value commissioning rate is 1971.50 kcal / kWh. An increase in normal operation at this time is at a 50% load of 2167.44 kcal / kWh, at a 75% load of 2133.20 kcal / kWh, and at a 100% load of 2095.49 kcal / kWh.} }
