The main fuel used for combustion is coal, HSD (High Speed Diesel) as a lighter fuel at the start of ignition with the help of compressed hot air. Air is an important media in the combustion process. Air Heater is a boiler aid that helps the combustion process in the furnace that utilizes flue gas. In the Rembang air heater power plant that is used is the type of Regenerative Ljungstrom Tri-sector. This study aims to determine the performance of the Rembang 10 power plant air heater with data on the time conditions before and after overhaul. From the results of the analysis it was found that the ? value of the air heater from before overhauling 0.903 to 0.91. While ?boiler has increased by 0.5% with the same heating value of coal. In the overhaul, cleaning or replacement of the heating elements of the water heater so that this research proves that the water heater helps the boiler performance process.} }
