This encourages the use of higher energy as it did in building STT-PLN. It required an energy audit to perform the calculation of energy needs so that energy efficiency will be obtained. Calculations in this energy audit using a nearest neighbor algorithm. Nearest neighbor is a method to classify the new object based on its nearest neighbors, through the proximity of the new cases (testing data) with the old cases (training data). Software engineering in this work using the waterfall method. Results of cluster data that has been processed using the Nearest Neighbor method is a result of efficiency and provide a visualization of the spread pattern using the software matlab. This explains both the conclusions of the clustering is done so as to provide detailed information on the energy use of the floor in the audit.} }
