This final project is made with the purpose of calculating Saidi and Saifi index reliability of 20 kV distribution system in PLN Kotapinang 2017 with the help of Matlab R2008a application. GUI is one of the matlab programs that are widely used in describing information and commands, in this case used to calculate the reliability index of distribution systems. From the results of calculations that have been done, the highest SAIDI value is in June 2017 at 0.0182 and the lowest value for SAIDI occurs in August 0.000016. And for the highest SAIFI value occurred in February at the number 0,05 and the lowest SAIFI occurred in August at 0,00006.
