But, these loads may cause harmonic in power system. Duta Plastic industry is one of PLN Area Cengkareng?s customers using power which is high enough. Product of this industry is housewares made from plastic. In operation process, this industry is predicted having high harmonic. High harmonic can cause loss for PLN and customer by demaging their electrical equipment. From the result of harmonic measurement in this industry, it can be known that the highest total harmonic current distortion (THDI) and the highest total harmonic voltage distortion (THDV) are 11.09% and 1.09%. The total harmonic current distortion (THDI) is high enough. Therefore, a passive filter is designed to suppress the harmonic content. The filter consist of resistor R=0.0244 ?, inductor L=0.8254 mH, and capacitor C=555.679 ?F with tunning frequency fr=235 Hz.} }
