Currently, in the world of educational E-module to be something very important for improving the effectiveness of learners. Especially for the Department of Informatics Engineering of STT-PLN, the absence of E-module to be one of the barriers in accessing the college student lecture materials available. To get the material is still relatively less effective. Therefore, need to be E-module Technology. The method used in the designing of E-module application is the waterfall model. The application is built with a web-based application, using Framework Primefaces, Java EE, and MySQL as database server. The design of web-based application E-module is to facilitate the college student to access the lecture material can be via Smartphone.}
