		abstract={Procurement of Minihydro Power Plants (PLTM) in the Lebak Barang area, Pekalongan, has an important role in meeting the electricity needs. This can be one of the causes of short circuit interference can exceed the maximum value of the protection system that is already on the network. This can interfere with the selectivity of the voting system so that a research is needed to find out. In this Final Project, setting protection equipment is used to protect electrical equipment in electrical power distribution systems such as overcurrent relay, ground fault relay and recloser. The area under study is the protection network at Penyulang Pkl 07. With this research, it can be seen that the protection coordination settings after installing DG on PKL 10 feeder, at the end of the network before there is PLTMH built a substation to fit from the MHP side to the PLN network. on the connected substation so that the relay relay coordination is reset to avoid coordination failure}
