PLN must deliver electricity efficiently and with a good quality of service. An analysis of blackout is needed to reduce the number of outages and customer complaints. A reduction in percentage results in a better energy transfer. SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) will increase reliability of the subsystem, whether components or equipments. While SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) will results in better overcoming of blackouts and reduces the blackout time. With the zero down time loop distribution system it can increase the reliability of the distribution network where the power supply of the consumer is increasing as the loop system is supplied by more than one repeater so that if one feeder experiences errors or maintenance it can be supplied from another connected device. The reliability index value in 2016 SAIDI is 1,971 hours/year and SAIFI 0,576 blackouts/customers/year and realibility index value in 2017 SAIDI is 0 hours/year SAIFI 0,0000421 blackouts/customers/year.} }
