		abstract={Economical and population growth, resulting in an increase of load demand that needs to be connected to the low voltage network. Low voltage network is the downstream of the electrical network system with a voltage of 380/220 volt. The research method in this thesis uses quantitative methods. This research will be focused on the planning of the low voltage network distribution at Ametys City housing, with the materials including 11 concrete pillars, a 23 meter long NYFGbY cable, 3 x 70 mm2 twisted cable + 308 meter
long neutral, and 2 pieces of arde TR. The plan will be simulated using modeling application to recognize the quality of the voltage on the network. Within this research the technical economic calculations based on the
investment cost and profit from the low voltage planning using payback period method is shown as well. After the calculation and analysis, the time of the investment modal's payback obtained is as long as 1,8 years.}
