		abstract={Transformator or Trafo is an electric device which can change an AC voltage level to another level. The meaning of changing level such as decreasing AC voltage from 11 kV to 380 kV or increasing voltage from 11 kV to 20 kV. Because of the external function that can trigger damage of component
inside the transformer that can disrupt process. To decrease the effect from breakdown of that transformator and maintain continuity electric power that commonly used, required a protection system as needed. The protection
system used is relay differential. Differential relay are used as main protection and cannot be used as a backup protection. This relay works by comparing the current of incoming and outgoing flows. Relay wil detect fault and instructs circuit braker (CB) to open (trip).}
