		abstract={Generating units that function to provide power so that the load is underserved, can at any time experience interference so that it cannot supply the load. When several large generating units experience interference and occur simultaneously, then there is a possibility that the power available in the system decreases so much that the system is unable to service the load. Which is big enough and can cause black-out. The reliability of the generating system in the operation plan of the generating system needs to be taken into account the possibility of outages of 1 (one) or more generating units which will make the reliability of the generator calculated based on the possible power outage method called the LOLP method and an unmet energy index called ENS. In the calculation results, the LOLP value of PLTGU Block 2 and PLTG Lot 3 is 45.74965137 hours / year and the ENS value is 439.38184 MWh / year.}
