For this reason the reliability of the power transformer must be maintained in good condition. Therefore the protection of the transformer must be coordinated so that there is no error in detecting interference (effective and selective). This study uses quantitative methods by calculating the data obtained. From the calculation of OCR and GFR relay settings for the incoming and feeder side of the power transformer 3, Gandul substastion obtained TMS adjustment for feeder side relay on the feeder with OCR relay at 0.20598 and GFR relay at 0.11054 and for relay on sister feeder with OCR relay at 0.19251 and relay GFR of 0.11165. Adjusting the TMS for relay on the side of the incoming transformer with the OCR setting on the feeder at the time of 0.19568 and for the GFR relay of 0.28146 and for the brother feeder with OCR relay of 0.19569 and GFR relay of 0.28405.
