		abstract={Floating PV is a system in which panels or solar modules are designed to float on top of the water, making use of easy and cheap floater making, as well as the PV unit's cooling technique naturally. In addition, the floating PLTS system has a better efficiency when compared to PLTS on the land. In writing this thesis, the author will discuss about the development of Floating PV usage through the calculation of planning, optimize the selection of PV, conduct a simulation using Etap software on the planning, and compare the floating PLTS with PLTS on the land. The product percentage equals to 86,1%.}
