Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. staged a performance level determination to every front liner employee. The employees often felt lack of openess / transparency of the processed of determined performance assessment conducted by authorities, because the concerned employee felt if she/he has been give the best to the company. The method used in this decision making was Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. AHP method is a decision making approach with regard to structure selection criteria into the hierarchy, assessing the relative importance of the criteria specified, comparing the existing alternatives. The reason the author uses this method because the AHP method is effective when itu used in the manufacture of complex decision because this method simplifies a complex decision making into a series of paired comparison. This decision support applications help in doing determination of performance level on front liner employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk., make changes the criteria,and change the value of criteria weights. It is useful to facilitate decision meking related to the problem of determining the performance of employees, so that would be obtained as a reward or a proper appreciation for the employee associated.} }
