		abstract={The highly growing annual population creates an increasing need for electrical power. This means the electrical power from power plant to user has to be distributed continuously to the customers without any outages. However, due to issues on the system, the electrical power fails to be distributed without disruption, which resulted in power outages. Obviously this is very concerned with the level of reliability in the system. The reliability standard derives from continuous and comprehensive planning and maintenance. One type of maintenance managements being used in distribution system is the end-to-end method. This kind of maintenance management is an asset management which consisting of integrated inspection management up to the following-up maintenance evaluation. This research includes how maintenance management works over 20 kV overhead lines by using the end-to-end method in the chronic feeders of TBL04 and SPL10 of Semarang Area, and its towards the reliability over SAIDI parameter, SAIFI, and the frequency of feeder failure / 100 kms of the distribution system. This research use quantitative method. After the performance of the maintenance of end to end, SAIDI reliability indicator has decreasing 60,71% in TBL04 feeder and 34,02% in SPL10 feeder. SAIFI reliability indicator has decreasing 32,32% in TBL04 feeder and 37,77% in SPL10 feeder. And feeder failure / 100 kms reliability indicator has decreasing 22,24% in TBL04 feeder and 20% in SPL10 feeder.}
