Power flow study is the study of distribution of energy from generation to load centers. In this paper, discusses the power flow that occurs in the 500 kV system in the presence of a new plant by 2019 in Cilacap, Central Java. This new plant is a power plant with a capacity of 1 x 1000 MW which will be interconnected in Cilacap Substation connected to Adipala - Kesugihan. With before and after the entry of the power plant 1 x 1000 MW to the system causes the change in the system, the changes are most noticeable increase in the power transfer from the eastern region to the west, causing imposition SUTET Suralaya - Balaraja in region 1 was reduced from prior configuration below 60% of Inom Conductor. This paper especially those related to the condition of the flow of active power and reactive power and voltage values.
