While the low-voltage electrical system itself provides a power supply with a voltage of 400 Volts. The whole system is interlinked to support the operation of the steam power plant in both normal operating conditions and during interruption / maintenance. However, PLTU Rembang seen from the single line diagram is not equipped with Station Service Transformer (SST) which serves as a power supply provider before the unit operates normally. Electrical systems like this seen from the reliability and safety is not very good. If the GT transformer, UAT, breaker incoming bus unit and breaker incoming switch board are interrupted or are in maintenance (shutdown) it will occur black out on the power system in PLTU Rembang (bus unit 6.3 kV). In this thesis will be discussed about the modification of one PCC 1B & PCC 2B power supply to improve the reliability of N / E 400 Volt bus by examining the feasibility of operational and cost feasibility so it can be known whether the project is feasible to be implemented.} }
