		abstract={Vampire power load is the electric power absorbed by the electrical devices that are not used. acording to the fact, many of PT PLN (Persero) customers do not know that vampire power load was exhist. Vampire power load is measured as an active power load (watt) Although the value of vampire power load has not big effect on the cost but if the customers can overcome the vampire power load, it may provide a very influential benefits from the customer side which is saving in electricity bills and PT.PLN (Persero) can reduce the number of customer complaints. Due to the reasons, customers should use electric devices wisely,selective of the usage of electric devices for example using energy-saving devices, and using automatic timer.}
