		abstract={Soil on Overpass Sedyatmo Rawa Bokor Tangerang Banten is a land which isn?t used as a highway subgrade. The used of methodes of stabilization with cement is expected to improve the quality of soil. In this test used variations of cement content of 0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20% of the dry of soil in order to determine the cement content in accordance that can be meet the criteria as subgrade layer of a road. From the test result, obtain as much 10% cement content with curing time 7 days CBR value 6,6571% that referce to Bina Marga term which is more than 6%.}
