With an average wind speed of 4m / s in Indonesia, PLTBs should be well built. The province of DKI Jakarta also has the potential to develop the PLTB although not as big as the eastern provinces which have higher average wind speed. And with solar radiation reaching 5.50 (kWh / m2 / day). The output power generated by the PLTB will be connected to the output power generated by the Off-Grid PLTS so that the two plants will be connected to the hybrid system.
