		abstract={Most of 20 kV medium voltage electrical distribution system are served by over line. But there are also areas served by the ground line network, especially the suburbs. The distribution line served by the ground line has better reliability than aerial line. However, in terms of investment costs of a 20 kV electrical distribution project, ground line construction spend about 4 times more expensive than the aerial line project. In term of electrical distribution reliability, ground line are rarely intruppted, But when the line interrupted and to resolve interrupted system use a long time to reduce the instruction time of the power supply on the ground line network should be available backup cable. Over line distribution often to be interrupted but processes to resolve the disturbances is faster than ground line. Comparative level quality of service based on saidi and saifi for regions are served by the land cable at north Arjuna Coklat feeder, compared with region served by the air channel at Cigandung feeder, by taking into account the potential claims from customers. Based on calculation, value of saifi in Cigandung feeder on 2016 in PT.
