Disruptions that arise will result in power outages to customers that will eliminate sales opportunities to customers and inflict a financial loss to electric power providers. Especially for the central business areas such as the Central Business District of Bumi Serpong Damai where customers are special class costumers with large power usage, the losses suffered by electric power providers become much larger. Zero Down Time Reconfiguration utilize Spindle network structure, three express feeders, a switching substation equipped with motorized LBS and SCADA for coordination of protection devices that allow insecure area isolation and backup feeders to supply backup power in a very short period of time. With the implementation of Zero Down Time reconfiguration the interruption will not be perceived by the customer at all. Therefore it is necessary to implement Zero Down Time reconfiguration for other areas to improve system reliability.} }
