This research uses descriptive qualitative method with ethnographic approach. Collecting data on research through direct interviews with informants. The results in this study that marsialapari local wisdom survives on salak farmers in Sibangkua Village due to the historical background of sibakkua salak in Sibangkua Village, folklore of sibakkua salak and dalihan na tolu which are attached to the life of the village community as salak farmers. The existence of religious values, social values and economic values contained in the marsialapari rental system for salak farmers. Endurance and marsialapari continuity are supported by hatobangon (traditional leaders) and the role of the head of Sibangkua Village. Marsialapari is a cultural commodity for the people of Sibangkua Village which embodies harmony among the people of Sibangkua Village, Angkola Barat District, South Tapanuli Regency.} }
