The data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis according to Miles and Huberman which consists of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that HR training activities in the ICT Sector have not shown maximum results because the percentage generated from the results of the implementation of the training only showed results of around 25% due to several obstacles or obstacles from the results of this training. Judging from the theories used in this study, namely input, process, and output. input indicators have not shown maximum results in the implementation of the program because of supporting factors from training such as inadequate facilities and infrastructure.
