In the medical equipment management cycle, there is a calibration of medical devices. The calibration of medical devices in Puskesmas in Gunungkidul district has not been running optimally, as evidenced by the fact that there are still many medical devices that have not been calibrated.. Inadequate calibration budgeting factors from the Health Office, varying Puskesmas income, procedures for carrying out calibration of medical devices, as well as human resources that are not in accordance with standards, therefore research is needed to identify whether budgeting factors, calibration procedures, human resource practices affect implementation compliance medical equipment calibration activities in community health centers throughout Gunungkidul Regency. This research is a predictive quantitative study. The data used are data from the results of questionnaires from the head of community health centers in Gunungkidul Regency. From the research it was found that the Budgeting factor, calibration procedures, Human Resources practices, significantly influenced the compliance of the implementation of medical equipment calibration in Puskesmas in Gunungkidul DistrictPenelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif prediktif.
