This type of research is used in quantitative research using experimental methods. This study uses a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) design, while the data analysis uses Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), at a significant level of 5%. Treatment in the form of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) with a concentration of 2 ml / l, 3 ml / l and 4 ml / l. The results of the study and the results of the analysis of the effect of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) on the growth of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L) by measuring the growth parameters consisting of plant height, leaf length, and number of leaves, ie Fcount plant height 3.08 cm, leaf length 1 , 6 cm and count the number of leaves 2.43. Plant height has a greater value. Thus from these data it can be concluded that the effect of Liquid Organic Fertilizer (POC) on the growth of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L) gives good results for the growth of cayenne pepper (Capsicum frutescens L).
