The data was collected from 75 respondents that consumers of Larisa Aesthetic Center Surakarta and multiple regression analysis was used to test the relationship among variables. The result indicated that the product quality significant influence to ward repurchase of Larisa Aesthetic Center. The author recommends to Larissa Aesthetic Center to pay more service quality of the reasons why consumers consider product quality that influance repurchasing of Larissa Aesthetic Center. Key Words: Service quality, Product quality, Word of mouth, repurchase   ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian untuk memahami pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, kualitas produk, komunikasi mulut ke mulut terhadap pembelian ulang konsumen pada produk Larissa Aesthetic Center. Data dikumpulkan dari 75 responden yaitu konsumen Larissa dan analisis regresi berganda digunakan untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk signifikan terhadap pembelian ulang produk Larissa. Penulis menyarankan pada Larissa Aesthetic Center agar lebih memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan konsumen supaya meningkatkan niat pembelian konsumen.
