		abstract={ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the presentation of
responsibilty statement and accessibility to the transparence and accountability in
the management of the Village Fund Allocation in Wironanggan Village, Gatak
Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency.
The method used is quantitative research methode. The population in this
study are all neighbourhood, hamlet, BPD dan village chief in Wironanggan
Village, Gatak Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency 41 respondents. The sample in this
study are all neighbourhood, hamlet, BPD dan village chief in Wironanggan
Village, Gatak Subdistrict, Sukoharjo Regency 41 respondents. The dependent
variable from this study is the transparence (Y1) and accountability (Y2). For the
independent variable include: the presentation of responsibilty statement (X1) and
accessibility (X2). The method of data analysis used is multiple regression linier
analysis.
The results of this study showed that the presentation of responsibilty
statement and accessibility significantly and positively affected the transparence
and accountability. The variable who have highest thitung score is the presentation
of responsibilty. That means the transparence and accountability is driven by the
presentation of responsibilty statement and accessibility.

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh penyajian laporan
pertanggungjawaban dan aksesibilitas terhadap transparansi dan akuntabilitas
pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa Wironanggan, Kecamatan Gatak,
Kabupaten Sukoharjo.
Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh RT, RW, BPD dan Kepala Dusun
Desa Wironanggan, Kecamatan Gatak, Kabupaten Sukoharjo sebanyak 41
responden. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari RT, RW, BPD dan Kepala
Dusun Desa Wironanggan, Kecamatan Gatak, Kabupaten Sukoharjo sebanyak 41
responden. Variabel dependen dari penelitian ini adalah transparansi (Y1) dan
akuntabilitas (Y2). Untuk variabel independen meliputi : penyajian laporan
pertanggungjawaban (X1) dan aksesibilitas (X2). Untuk metode analisis data
dengan menggunakan regresi linier berganda.
Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penyajian laporan
pertanggungjawaban dan aksesibilitas berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap
transparansi dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan Alokasi Dana Desa (ADD) di Desa
Wironanggan, Kecamatan Gatak, Kabupaten Sukoharjo. Variabel yang memiliki
nilai thitung tertinggi adalah variabel penyajian laporan pertanggungjawaban.
Artinya transparansi dan akuntabilitas lebih didorong oleh penyajian laporan
pertanggungjawaban.
