		abstract={This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literation, experienced regret and risk tolerance on investment decision. The sample of this research is 103 generations of respondents aged 20 - 39 years who live in Tuban with a minimum stage of Rp. 3,500,000. Data analysis used structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results showed that financial literation and risk tolerance had a significant positive effect on investment decision, while experienced regret had a negative effect on investment planning behavior.
