The population in this study were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The technique used in sample selection was purposive sampling and obtained 190 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 24 test tool by testing descriptive statistics, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, f test, R2 test, t test, and multiple linear regression test. The results of this study state that liquidity have a negative effect on capital structure, company size have a negative effect on capital structure, business risk have a positive effect on capital structure, sales growth have no effect on capital structure.} }
