		abstract={The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Learning Motivation, Lecturer Teaching Quality, Quality of Teaching Assistance and Learning Facilities on Student Achievement in Introduction to Accounting courses. This research is a quantitative research. The population of this study were students at the University of Hayam Wuruk Perbanas Surabaya. Data collection using the questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Learning Motivation, Lecturer Teaching Quality, Teaching Assistance Quality and Learning Facilities have a positive effect on Student Learning Achievement both partially and collectively. Shown by the sequential tcount value of 2.861; 2.153; 2,469; and 2.636 with a significant value for each variable <0.05. The Rcount value is 0.78 and the Fcount value is 53.848 with a significance <0.05.
