		abstract={The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of intellectual capital on firm value. The company's focus is on maximizing profits and shareholder value. Increasing the value of a company is the hope of all business owners, because it shows that the company can provide prosperity for investors. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using descriptive, normality, autocorrelation and T test tests. Intellectual capital has an influence on firm value. . This means that intellectual capital has an effect on the value of the company's sub-sector of transportation and logistics. Price book value (PBV) was chosen to be used as a measuring tool for company value because the Price Book Value (PBV) is considered the most able to describe the value of the company. So that the better the intellectual capital, the better it will attract investors to buy shares and provide profits for the company.
