		abstract={The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of growth opportunity, leverage, and firm growth on firm value with dividend policy as moderating variable. The population in this study were food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2020. The technique used in sample selection was purposive sampling and obtained 80 samples. Data analysis was performed using the SPSS 25 test tool by testing descpriptive statistics, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, f test, R2 test, t test, and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study state that growth opportunity have a negative effect on firm value, leverage and firm growth have no effect on firm value.
